2024-2025 Fee Schedule
TherHappy Therapy Services’ ‘Ohana Skilled Day Program:
Traditional 4 Day Option- 4 days/ week; Monday- Thursday from 9am- 2pm
- $306/ wk= $11,016/ year
- $305/ wk= $10,980/ year (reduced rate for families with multiple children; only one late payment allowed to maintain this reduced rate)
“Friday Roundup” 5 Day Option- 5 days/ week; Monday- Friday from 9am- 2pm
$390/ wk= $14,040/ year (lower teacher/ student ratio)
**Individualized/ Specialized Programs may be uniquely tailored upon request.
3 Day Option- 3 days/ week; (days individualized per child’s need) from 9am- 2pm
- $250/ wk standard support
Academic Tutoring
- Provided by Certified Teacher- $70/ hour
- Provided by Credentialed/ Uncertified Teacher- $55/ hour
- Equine Based Education (Equine Assisted Learning)- $80/ hour
Therapy Services
- Physical, Occupational, or Speech Language Pathology therapy treatment services (individual, clinic based services)
- Provided by licensed/ credentialed evaluating provider- $95/ therapy hour
- Provided by licensed assistant- $75/ therapy hour
- Comprehensive Physical, Occupational, or Speech Language Pathology Evaluation (may include multiple standardized assessments in a single therapy discipline assessment)- $250/ evaluation.
- Hippotherapy Session- provided by specialty trained PT, OT, SLP provider utilizing equine movement as a treatment tool- $120/ therapy session.
- Adaptive/ Therapeutic Riding Session- provided by credentialed non- clinical provider- $90/ session (individual); $50/ session (group- up to 4)
Additional Fees
- Late pick- up fee: $5/ each 10 minutes late past 2:05
- Late payment fee: $25 after non- approval (Legacy)/ failure to allocate funds (EMA) following Monday morning of the week following billing.
- Before/ after care: $10/ hour (8am-9am or 2pm- 3pm- special arrangements may be considered).
- Medical records requests- pursuant with Florida Medicaid Rule 59G-1.054(5a)- $1/ page provided in copied format; electronic transmission via EMR to email at no cost for initial transmission of evaluation/ reevaluation; $5/ document for each additional document thereafter. Pursuant to Florida Medicaid Rule 59G-1.054(5b) There is no charge for records requested by AHCA or any other state or federal agency or their authorized representatives.
- Outside meeting attendance by therapist- $85/ hour; outside meeting attendance by administrative staff- $50/ hour/ staff member..
